1974-Incident at DC Jail

There was an incident at the DC Jail in the late part of 1974.  The prisoners were asking for more privileges, and hostages were taken.

Delbert Jackson was the Director of the DC Department of Corrections.  Here he makes it to the Jail at the time of the incident to help mediate a peaceful settlement.
